There’s so much sun out today the cats can’t decide which patch to sleep in. We are basking in the return of warmer weather and the first few buds opening on maple trees and golden privet. I had planned an alphabet-along post for today but will postpone it in favor of going out and playing in the garden. I hope you get some playtime this weekend too.

The cold front and damp weather did not deter the kids and I from enjoying the Travis County Fair (Austin) with Lacey. The hot cocoa helped warm us up – as did the fleece gloves you bought the kids! We badly need the rain so I’m not complaining.
