		<description>Trout, yum! We had our first trout in the fall. I think I dredged it in a little flour (with salt and pepper) and pan-fried it (not overcooked). We have a pondful now, but we haven&#039;t had any more. Soon.

We had a &quot;Danish puff&quot; for breakfast, a recipe I pulled out of the cookbook, because I got too lazy to thaw blueberries.</description>
