ECF – blue edition

blueberries

It’s blueberry season here and we went picking last week. As much as I like strawberries, I like blueberries even more. I gladly gave away many of the strawberries we picked earlier this year but have been jealously hoarding the blues. It’s so bad that I actually bought raspberries and peaches for Jack’s breakfast so I could eat all the blueberries myself! My theory is if you don’t love them, then you don’t deserve them.

Spinning continues; I finished the second half ounce of copper coopsworth/silk blend and will ply it tomorrow. I’ve slowed down on my spinning to keep the shoulder from twinging. I figure Tour de Fleece is more about endurance than sprinting for me. Keep on keepin’ on.

Time to go watch a movie and slide into the weekend. Have a good one chickadees!

Blueberries are my favorite, too! Especially when they are really, truly ripe. And in muffins and pie and pancakes and, and, and… Now I want blueberries!

Great photo! Are you watching the Tour de France while you’re spinning? The new yarns look very nice.
