There’s one pissed-off tom cat in a cage on my deck. It’s been a week of strategic planning in this battle to get Teddy some health care. Right when I was ready to set the trap he stopped showing up regularly so it threw my schedule off. Then he absolutely refused to eat the food in the cage unless I put an “appetizer” on a piece of wax paper at the door of the trap. And it had to be the good stuff or nothing doing.
Here’s hoping for good news from the vet. Stay tuned….

Nice job Diane! Keeping my fingers crossed for him- and you.
mmm hmmm, I’m going to want to hear about the ‘caterwauling’ on the trip to the vet, or maybe he’ll be the silent pissed off. I’m also sending good thoughts for his health issues, and the vet and staff, heavy duty elbow length gloves of some type?
Sending my best.
Good!
Well done!
I knew I bet on the right one!!! Good luck Diane. Hope all is minor and easy to care for!!!!
Score! Hope you have some leather gardening gloves to protect your hands, and hope you won’t have to give him eyedrops three times a day.
